Hey there, I’m Cory…

…and I've called Chandler, Arizona home since 2004. My better half, Lisa Ryan Whyte, is a true Chandler native and together, we've got our hands full with our incredible twin daughters, Reese and Ryan, plus our amazing son, Ryder. Originally hailing from sunny San Diego, I've worn many hats over the years, from licensed contractor to small business owner.

In my two decades of hustling in the Arizona real estate scene, I've helped so many find a house to transform into a home. If you are a numbers person, I’ve sold nearly 700 houses. But you know what I really love? Working side by side with my brilliant wife, Lisa—though mastering the art of negotiation is a close second.

Beyond the hustle, giving back to and showing up for my community is the cornerstone of my values. You'll catch me wearing a few hats there, too. I serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at Dignity Health Foundation of East Valley, where we rally support for our local Dignity Hospitals and medical programs. Plus, I'm the Vice President of the Ocotillo HOA board of Directors and the chairman of the Ocotillo Design Review Board. Yep, that's the neighborhood—Ocotillo—a bustling hub with over 4000 homes, schools, a killer golf course, businesses galore, you name it!

Don’t worry, for me life's not all work and no play. Lisa and I make sure to carve out time to unwind. Whether we're hitting the gym, at the soccer field, diving into a good read, or exploring some new exotic locale, we're all about soaking up life's adventures!
